The only time we really stop working is when you sit down to eat! Will you be providing a meal for us? :) or do we need to sort something out?

What are the plans for the entertainment? And when is the planned end time?

Designated photo helper:

It's often super helpful if you can nominate an friend (or 2!) to help organise the people if you are having group photos before/after the ceremony to help keep things as smooth and quick as possible on the day. Ideally someone who knows most of the key people and someone happy to shout and organise people! Please also remember to create a Group Photo list and provide to your photo helper

Vendor information:

It is really helpful to find as much out about your suppliers as I can. Please leave any vendor information/Instagram handle (Eg Dress/Suit, Rings, Shoes, Florist, Celebrant etc)
